11-Layer High Barrier Medical Packaging Film

HSQY 11-layer PA/PP/EVOH/PE high barrier medical packaging film is a multilayer co-extruded flexible film designed for medical device, medical textile and other sensitive healthcare packaging applications requiring oxygen barrier, puncture resistance, mechanical durability and heat-sealing performance.

The current structure is PA/TIE/PP/TIE/PA/EVOH/PA/TIE/PE/PE/PE. EVOH provides the primary high oxygen-barrier function, PA contributes toughness and puncture resistance, while PE and PP layers support flexibility, moisture protection, sealing and processing performance.
