Product Description
HSQY manufactures clear A4 PVC binding cover sheets for reports, presentations, manuals, proposals, catalogs, school projects, training materials and other professionally bound documents.
The featured product is a transparent semi-rigid PVC stationery sheet cut to A4 size at 210 × 297mm. Common thicknesses include 150, 180, 200, 240 and 250 microns.
Clear glossy covers allow the document title page and printed graphics to remain visible while helping protect the document from dust, fingerprints, light splashes and normal handling wear.
Customized options include A3, A5, Letter, Legal and project-specific sizes, as well as frosted, matte, striped, embossed, transparent colored and opaque colored finishes.
Sheets can be supplied unpunched or pre-punched according to the customer's comb, wire, coil, ring or specialty binding pattern.

Transparent PVC Binding Covers
Colored PVC Binding Covers
A PVC binding cover is a thin semi-rigid polyvinyl chloride sheet used as the front or back cover of a bound document.
A clear front cover allows the printed title page to remain visible, while a colored or opaque back cover can provide additional rigidity, color identification and a finished appearance.
Binding covers are commonly used with plastic combs, wire binding, spiral coils, ring systems, Velobind, Surebind and other punched-document binding methods.
The material may also be described as a PVC report cover, clear presentation cover, PVC stationery sheet, transparent book-binding sheet or plastic document cover.

| Striped or Line Embossed | Directional line pattern | Business reports, folders and differentiated stationery products |
| Leather Grain | Textured surface resembling leather | Back covers, premium reports and menu covers |
| Transparent Colored | Colored while allowing partial visibility of the title page | Department coding, school subjects and branded presentations |

Clear binding covers should provide consistent transparency without distracting contamination, excessive haze, severe flow marks or visible surface damage.
Buyers requiring a premium crystal-clear appearance should specify light transmission, haze, tint, gloss and allowable visual defects.
Transparent PVC may have a neutral, slight-blue or customized tint depending on the formulation and approved sample.
Samples should be evaluated on top of an actual printed title page because clarity, color and surface texture can appear different when viewed alone.
| Binding Method | Cover Requirement | Important Checks |
|---|---|---|
| Plastic Comb Binding | Rectangular multi-hole pattern | Punch alignment, hole size, edge distance and tearing resistance |
| Wire Binding | Square or round holes according to the wire pitch | Pitch, wire diameter, page capacity and hole-edge strength |
| Spiral Coil Binding | Round or oval multi-hole pattern | Coil diameter, pitch, edge clearance and sheet flexibility |
| Ring Binding | Two-hole, three-hole, four-hole or custom punching | Hole position, ring diameter and repeated-use durability |
| Velobind or Surebind | System-specific punching pattern | Equipment model, strip design, document thickness and heat exposure where applicable |
| Thermal or Adhesive Binding | Application-specific cover construction | Temperature, adhesive compatibility, distortion and finished appearance |
Standard sheets can be supplied unpunched for customers using their own binding equipment or pre-punched according to an approved drawing.
