Product Description
HSQY manufactures colored rigid PVC sheets, also called solid PVC-U sheets or hard PVC plastic sheets, for signage, displays, interior panels, equipment covers, partitions, chemical-resistant fabrication and other commercial or industrial applications. The sheets combine a smooth surface, controlled color, good rigidity, low water absorption and practical fabrication performance.
Standard colors include white, black, red, yellow, blue and green. Custom opaque, translucent and decorative colors can be developed according to a RAL number, Pantone reference or approved physical sample. Sheet thickness, dimensions, surface finish, UV package, antistatic treatment and protective film can also be customized.
Material: Solid rigid PVC / PVC-U
Thickness range: 0.21mm–6.5mm for the listed sheet program
Standard sheet sizes: 915 × 1830mm and 1220 × 2440mm
Maximum listed width: 1280mm
Colors: White, black, red, yellow, blue, green, clear, translucent and custom colors
Surface options: Glossy, matte, textured, grain or custom finish
Custom Colored Rigid PVC Sheets
Solid Hard PVC Color Sheet
Smooth Opaque PVC Plastic Sheet
A colored rigid PVC sheet is a solid, unplasticized polyvinyl chloride sheet containing pigments and performance additives. Unlike flexible PVC film, it retains its shape without soft plasticizers. Unlike PVC foam board, it has a compact solid structure and a substantially higher density.
Colored PVC-U sheets can be cut, drilled, routed, welded, bonded, printed and thermoformed when the selected grade and thickness are compatible with the process. Standard grades are generally used indoors or in controlled environments. Outdoor projects should specify a UV-stabilized and weather-resistant formulation rather than assuming that every colored PVC sheet is suitable for prolonged exterior exposure.
Product clarification: This page is for solid rigid PVC-U sheet. It is not lightweight foamed PVC board, flexible PVC film or pharmaceutical blister film. Confirm the required material structure before requesting a quotation.

Color consistency is a key purchasing requirement for signage, interior panels, equipment housings and branded components. To develop a custom color, provide a RAL number, Pantone code or physical color sample and define the required light source, gloss level and acceptable color tolerance.
Opaque colors: Used when complete visual coverage, brand consistency or light blocking is required.
Translucent colors: Used for illuminated signs, decorative panels and applications requiring controlled light transmission.
Glossy surfaces: Provide a bright appearance and are suitable for display, decorative and selected printing applications.
Matte or textured surfaces: Help reduce glare, fingerprints and visible surface marks.
Protective masking: Can be discussed for sheets requiring surface protection during cutting, routing, fabrication and installation.
1. Good chemical resistance: Rigid PVC can resist many acids, alkalis, salts and other chemicals when the actual concentration, temperature and exposure time are compatible.
2. High rigidity: The solid compact structure provides better surface hardness and structural stability than lightweight foam PVC board.
3. Low water absorption: The material is suitable for humid environments, washable panels and water-treatment equipment components.
4. Practical fabrication: PVC-U sheet can be cut, drilled, routed, machined, welded, bonded and thermoformed using appropriate tools and parameters.
5. Electrical insulation: The sheet can be used for covers, barriers and components requiring nonconductive plastic construction, subject to the specified electrical properties.
6. Self-extinguishing behavior: Rigid PVC generally stops burning after removal of the ignition source, but a specific fire classification must be supported by a report for the selected thickness and formulation.
7. Custom performance grades: UV stabilization, impact modification, antistatic treatment and special surface functions can be developed for specific projects.

Industrial and Decorative Application
Fabricated Rigid PVC Component
Processing conditions depend on sheet thickness, impact modifier, color, surface finish and equipment. Trial fabrication should be completed before mass production, especially for custom-colored, UV-stabilized or antistatic grades.
Cutting and routing: Use sharp carbide tools, suitable feed rates and secure sheet support to reduce edge chipping and heat buildup.
Drilling: Use sharp drills, moderate speed and adequate backing near the exit side.
Thermoforming: Confirm the grade's forming window, mold temperature, draft angle and heating uniformity before production.
Welding: Hot-gas or extrusion welding requires compatible PVC welding rod and controlled temperature.
Bonding: Select an adhesive compatible with PVC, the service environment and the other substrate.
Printing: Clean and test the surface with the intended ink system; corona or primer treatment may be required for some grades.
HSQY can produce rigid PVC sheet by extrusion or calendaring according to the thickness, surface, color and intended application.
1. Raw-material preparation: PVC resin, stabilizers, pigments, processing aids and optional performance additives are weighed and blended.
2. Extrusion or calendaring: The compound is processed into a continuous sheet with controlled thickness and surface finish.
3. Cooling and sizing: Roll temperature, line speed and tension are controlled to improve flatness and dimensional stability.
4. Cutting and inspection: Sheets are cut to size and inspected for color, thickness, surface defects and dimensions.
5. Packing: Approved sheets are protected with paper, film or pallets according to the order.

Rigid PVC sheet has a compact solid structure and higher density, surface hardness and chemical-fabrication capability. PVC foam board has a cellular core and is lighter, making it more common for signs, graphics and lightweight displays.
Standard colors include white, black, red, yellow, blue and green. HSQY can also develop opaque, translucent, marble and custom colors based on a RAL, Pantone or physical color sample.
Yes. Provide the reference code and define the surface finish, lighting condition and acceptable color tolerance. A color sample should be approved before mass production.
Standard colored PVC should not automatically be treated as a long-term outdoor grade. Exterior projects should specify UV stabilization, weather resistance, color-retention requirements and the expected service environment.
PVC-U resists many acids, alkalis and salts, but compatibility depends on the chemical, concentration, temperature, pressure and exposure time. Provide the service conditions for confirmation.
Yes, suitable rigid PVC grades can be thermoformed. Forming performance depends on thickness, impact modification, pigments, mold design, heating and draw ratio, so a trial is recommended.
Yes. Rigid PVC can be hot-gas welded, extrusion welded or bonded with compatible systems. Use matching welding rod and verify the joint for the intended chemical and mechanical load.
Rigid PVC sheet can be screen printed, digitally printed or offset printed when the surface and ink system are compatible. Surface cleaning, corona treatment or primer may be required.
Food-contact suitability cannot be assumed from the material name. Request a dedicated food-contact formulation and current migration or compliance documentation for the destination market.
The listed sheet program covers approximately 0.21mm–6.5mm. Availability depends on color, width, surface finish and production method.
The current listing shows a 1,000kg MOQ. A new color, UV package, antistatic grade or special finish may require a higher production quantity, which should be confirmed during quotation.
Available stock samples can be supplied for color, printing, machining and forming tests. Custom-color samples may require color-development and sample-production charges.
Send the material type, thickness, sheet size, color reference, surface finish, application, special performance requirements, quantity, packing and destination port.
