Product Description
HSQY clear anti-fog PET sheet is an amorphous polyethylene terephthalate (A-PET) material designed for face visors, protective shields, safety screens and other transparent applications where condensation can reduce visibility.
Available in thicknesses from 0.25mm to 1mm, the material can be supplied in rolls, standard sheets and customized dimensions. Roll widths from 110mm to 1280mm are available, making the material suitable for manufacturers, converters, distributors and professional users with different cutting and production requirements.
The anti-fog surface treatment helps reduce the cloudy appearance caused by condensed moisture on transparent plastic. Anti-fog performance depends on humidity, temperature, exposure time, cleaning method and finished-product conditions, so samples should be evaluated under the intended conditions of use.

Clear PET Anti-Fog Sheet
PET Anti-Fog Sheet for Face Shields
Transparent PET Anti-Fog Visor Sheet
PET anti-fog sheet is a transparent PET material with a functional surface treatment designed to reduce visible fogging caused by condensation.
On an untreated transparent surface, moisture can condense into many small water droplets. These droplets scatter light and make the surface appear cloudy. An anti-fog treatment changes the way condensed moisture wets the surface, allowing it to spread more evenly instead of remaining as individual droplets.
This helps maintain clearer visibility through face visors, protective screens and other transparent components. The treatment does not eliminate moisture or completely prevent condensation from occurring.
The following specifications are based on the current product information for HSQY PET anti-fog sheet. Final thickness, dimensions, surface treatment, tolerances and performance requirements should be confirmed before production.

PET Technical Data & Certification File

Fogging occurs when warm, moisture-rich air contacts a cooler transparent surface and water condenses into small droplets. These droplets scatter light and can make an otherwise clear visor appear cloudy.
An anti-fog surface improves surface wettability so condensed moisture can spread more evenly across the PET instead of remaining as many separate droplets. This reduces visible fogging and helps preserve a clearer field of view.
Performance depends on coating formulation, humidity, temperature, exposure time, cleaning procedures and physical abrasion. For demanding applications, sample testing under actual operating conditions is recommended before mass production.
The functional surface treatment helps reduce the visible fogging caused by condensation, making the material suitable for transparent face visor and protective-screen applications.
Clear A-PET provides the transparency required for products where visibility through the finished component is important. Buyers with defined optical requirements should specify the required haze, light transmission or other optical test criteria for confirmation.
Multiple thickness options allow converters to select an appropriate balance of flexibility and rigidity according to visor size, finished-product design and production process.
Material can be supplied in roll and sheet formats for in-house converting. Customized cut dimensions can also be discussed for customers producing face visors, shields and other transparent components.
PET sheet can be cut into customized shapes. Buyers requiring finished components should provide accurate drawings showing overall dimensions, holes, slots, corner profiles and other required features.
Projects requiring anti-static properties, UV resistance, anti-sticking performance or other functional characteristics should identify the required property and test method during the quotation stage. Availability should be confirmed for the exact PET grade supplied.
The required treatment configuration depends on where condensation is expected in the finished visor or shield. Some products require anti-fog performance only on the surface facing the moisture source, while other designs may require treatment on both sides.
When requesting a quotation, identify whether anti-fog treatment is required on one side or both sides. If printing, lamination, adhesive bonding or other surface processing is also required, identify the processing side so compatibility can be reviewed.
Discuss Your Anti-Fog Requirements
Anti-fog PET can be used as transparent visor material where moisture from breathing, humidity or changing temperatures may otherwise reduce visibility.
Clear PET sheets can be converted into visor and protective-screen components for selected industrial applications. Finished-product impact, optical and safety requirements must be validated according to the intended use.
Anti-fog material can also be considered for transparent covers, windows and protective screens used in humid environments where condensation may interfere with viewing.
The current product information also references food packaging, medical packaging, electronics packaging, signage and clothing covers. The required PET grade, anti-fog treatment and compliance documentation should be selected according to the actual finished application rather than assumed to be identical for every use.
Selecting the correct anti-fog PET specification requires consideration of the finished visor design, not just the PET thickness. Buyers should evaluate flexibility, rigidity, optical performance, anti-fog exposure, cleaning conditions and downstream converting requirements.

The current product information describes a water-washable anti-fog treatment. Repeated washing, detergents, solvents, alcohol, wiping pressure and abrasion may affect coated surfaces, so the intended cleaning procedure should be tested on samples.
Anti-fog durability depends on the coating grade and actual use conditions. Cleaning chemicals, abrasion, repeated wiping, temperature and humidity can influence performance. Buyers requiring a defined service life should provide the applicable durability test method.
PET anti-fog sheet can be considered as a raw material or component for face visor manufacturing. Material documentation does not by itself certify a completed medical or industrial face shield. Compliance of the finished product depends on its complete design, components, assembly, intended use and applicable requirements in the destination market.
The current product information references SGS, ISO 9001:2008 and CE documentation. Buyers should request current documentation and confirm its scope, revision and applicability to the exact PET grade and intended market.
The current product header lists a reference MOQ of 1000kg. Customized coating, dimensions, cutting or packing requirements may affect the final order conditions.
Yes. A4-size samples can be requested according to available specifications. Testing the sample under your actual humidity, temperature, cleaning and converting conditions is recommended before mass production. Express freight arrangements should be confirmed before shipment.
