Product Description
HSQY 0.25mm clear anti-fog PET sheet is an A-PET material designed for face shields, safety visors, protective screens and other transparent components where condensation can reduce visibility.
The featured specification is 0.25mm transparent PET with a reference cut size of 250 × 330mm. Customized dimensions are available, while the broader product range includes approximately 0.25–1mm thickness, roll widths from 110mm to 1280mm and standard sheet sizes of 915 × 1220mm and 1000 × 2000mm.
The anti-fog surface treatment helps reduce the formation of visible condensation droplets, supporting clearer viewing through the finished visor. Anti-fog performance depends on temperature, humidity, cleaning, abrasion and service conditions, so buyers with defined durability requirements should evaluate samples under their actual operating conditions.
This PET sheet is supplied as a raw material for converting and visor manufacturing. The protection level of a finished face shield depends on its complete design, coverage, mounting system and applicable product requirements.

Anti-Fog PET Sheet for Face Shield
Clear PET Sheet with Anti-Fog Surface
Transparent Anti-Fog PET Sheet
Anti-fog PET sheet is a transparent PET substrate with a functional surface treatment designed to reduce the cloudy appearance caused when moisture condenses on the plastic.
On untreated transparent plastic, condensed moisture can form many small droplets. These droplets scatter light and make the surface appear foggy. An anti-fog treatment changes the way water wets the PET surface so moisture can spread more evenly rather than remaining as many separate droplets.
At 0.25mm thickness, PET provides a lightweight format suitable for many flat visor and face-shield designs while remaining practical for die cutting, sheeting and other converting operations.
Anti-fog treatment does not eliminate moisture or guarantee a fog-free surface under every condition. Temperature difference, humidity, exposure time, wiping, cleaning chemicals and abrasion can affect performance.
The following information is based on the current product specification. Final dimensions, tolerances, coating configuration, cutting requirements and performance criteria should be confirmed before production.

Buyers should confirm the applicable PET grade, test method and acceptance criteria before using them for engineering, safety or compliance decisions. They should not be interpreted as the guaranteed operating limits of the anti-fog surface treatment.
A 0.25mm PET sheet provides a lightweight transparent construction suitable for many face-shield and visor designs. The appropriate thickness should still be selected according to visor dimensions, mounting method and finished-product requirements.
Transparent A-PET provides the clear viewing area required for visor applications. Buyers with defined optical requirements should provide their required haze, light transmission or visual-distortion criteria for confirmation.
Anti-fog treatment helps reduce the small condensed droplets that can obstruct visibility when the visor is exposed to breath, humidity or temperature changes.
The sheet can be converted into flat visor blanks and customized profiles. Buyers requiring finished cut parts should provide a drawing showing overall dimensions, holes, slots, corner radii and other required features.
Roll stock can support continuous cutting and converting, while standard or custom sheets are suitable for sheet-fed processing. Choose the format that best matches your production equipment and finished-component dimensions.
If surface protection is required during die cutting, transportation or assembly, protective-film requirements should be specified when requesting a quotation. Confirm whether protection is required on one side or both sides and when the protective layer will be removed.
The correct coating configuration depends on where condensation occurs in the finished visor. A single treated surface may be sufficient when moisture is primarily expected on one defined side, while some face shields and safety visors can benefit from treatment on both surfaces.
Specify whether you require one-side or double-sided anti-fog treatment when requesting a quotation. If the sheet will also be printed, laminated, bonded or coated, identify the processing side so surface compatibility can be evaluated.
Discuss Anti-Fog Coating Options
Fogging occurs when moisture condenses on a cooler plastic surface. Without an anti-fog treatment, this moisture can form numerous small droplets that scatter light and create a cloudy appearance.
A hydrophilic anti-fog surface encourages condensed moisture to spread across the PET rather than bead into individual droplets. This helps reduce light scattering and improves visibility through the transparent visor.
Actual anti-fog duration and durability depend on the coating grade and conditions of use. Repeated wiping, abrasive contact, cleaning chemicals, water exposure and storage conditions may affect a functional surface coating.
The current product information references a CE certificate for PET anti-fog sheets used in face visor applications. Buyers requiring certification or test documentation should request the current document and confirm its scope, revision, product grade and applicability to the destination market.
The primary application of this product is transparent face-shield and visor manufacturing where lightweight construction and reduced fogging are required.
Anti-fog PET can be used as a material for selected safety visor designs. The completed visor must be evaluated according to the impact, optical and other requirements applicable to its intended use.
Transparent anti-fog PET can also be considered for protective screens, covers and viewing windows where moisture condensation would otherwise interfere with visibility.
PET materials are also used for printing, packaging, box windows, stationery and thermoformed products. If anti-fog functionality is not required, the appropriate standard PET grade should be selected according to the finished application.
Providing complete application information helps confirm the appropriate PET format and surface treatment before quotation and sampling.

It is a 0.25mm transparent PET sheet with a functional surface treatment designed to reduce visible fogging caused by moisture condensation. It is commonly converted into face-shield and visor components.
A 0.25mm sheet provides a lightweight and flexible transparent format that is practical for many flat visor designs and die-cutting processes. The correct thickness still depends on the finished shield design and applicable product requirements.
The treated surface helps condensed moisture spread more evenly instead of forming many small droplets that scatter light. This reduces the cloudy appearance commonly associated with fogging.
No. Moisture can still condense on the surface. Anti-fog treatment is intended to change how that moisture spreads so visibility is less affected.
The required configuration should be confirmed according to the order. Tell HSQY whether anti-fog performance is required on one surface or both surfaces when requesting your quotation.
The current product information describes a water-washable anti-fog treatment. However, repeated washing, detergents, alcohol, abrasion and wiping pressure can influence functional coatings. Test the intended cleaning process on a sample before mass production.
Anti-fog durability depends on the coating grade and operating conditions. Buyers requiring a defined service life should provide their durability test method, cleaning procedure and acceptance criteria for evaluation.
Custom dimensions can be discussed. Provide a drawing showing the finished size, outer profile, hole positions, slots, corner radii and required tolerances.
Protective-film requirements can be discussed for applications where the PET surface needs protection against scratching, fingerprints or contamination during converting, transportation and assembly.
Reference roll widths are 110–1280mm. Standard sheet sizes include 915 × 1220mm and 1000 × 2000mm. The featured finished size is 250 × 330mm, and customized dimensions can be discussed.
The current product specification lists an MOQ of 1000kg. Custom cutting, coating, protective-film or packing requirements may affect final order conditions.
Yes. Sample evaluation is recommended before bulk production, especially when anti-fog durability, optical appearance, cleaning resistance, die cutting or other converting requirements are important.
No. The PET sheet is a raw material or component used to manufacture transparent shields and visors. Compliance of the completed face shield depends on its complete design, materials, construction, testing and intended market.
Provide thickness, roll or sheet dimensions, finished cut size, order quantity, one-side or double-sided anti-fog requirement, protective-film requirement, application, destination and any required test or documentation criteria.
