Easy-Peel BOPET/CPP Lidding Films
Easy-peel BOPET/CPP lidding film is a laminated tray-sealing film designed to form a secure but consumer-friendly peel seal on compatible polypropylene trays and containers. The BOPET outer layer provides clarity, tensile strength, dimensional stability, puncture resistance, and a printable surface. The specially formulated CPP sealing layer controls heat sealing and peel force.
Unlike a standard CPP weld-seal film, an easy-peel CPP structure is engineered to release from the tray rim with a defined opening force and reduced tearing, shredding, or residue. Seal strength must remain high enough for filling, handling, distribution, chilled storage, and retail display.
