Description
BOPET/PE top sealing film is a laminated lidding film used to close compatible food trays and containers on tray-sealing equipment. The BOPET outer layer provides clarity, stiffness, tensile strength, dimensional stability, and a printable surface, while the PE-based inner layer provides heat-seal performance.
HSQY manufactures and converts BOPET/PE lidding-film rolls in nominal thicknesses from 0.06mm to 0.10mm, with standard widths of 150mm, 230mm, and 280mm and custom widths available. Peel performance can change with sealing temperature, pressure, dwell time, tray formulation, rim cleanliness, filling temperature, freezing, storage, and reheating. Establish the acceptable sealing window and peel-force test method during line trials.
