CPET is crystallized PET. Qualified trays let ready meal producers pack, chill or freeze, and reheat meals in the same container. Choose the cavity layout by recipe, then confirm usable volume, headspace and tooling fit.
These models have close outside dimensions and different cavity layouts. Check the flange drawing and tooling for each model.
Match the outside dimensions to the sealer, outer case and heating equipment. Dimensions and carton quantities are published references.

Evaluate the package as a system. The seal depends on the flange, film sealant, recipe and sealer settings.
Use the intended recipe, equipment and distribution conditions for the sample trial.
Run the selected tray at line speed. Check de-nesting, portion weight, headspace and flange cleanliness.
Set a usable time, temperature and pressure window. Inspect the perimeter and any divider seals.
Trial your cold chain and loaded case. Check cold impact, compression and seal condition.
Run the approved cycle with the actual meal. Check heating, pack shape, venting and opening.
Start with a listed model or send a drawing for a custom footprint, cavity layout, color or packing configuration.

A CPET ready meal tray is a food container made from crystallized polyethylene terephthalate. Qualified designs support chilled or frozen distribution and reheating in the tray using an approved conventional oven or microwave cycle.
Choose one compartment for a combined entrée, two to separate the main dish from one side, or three for separate meal components. Verify the usable volume and heating behavior of each cavity with your actual recipe.
The 24 listed models span nominal capacities of 14 to 41 oz. Confirm usable volume, headspace and external dimensions on a sample. Ask HSQY to confirm capacity for Model 008 because its published title and specification block differ.
Use a direct freezer-to-oven cycle once the tray, food, fill weight and closure have been qualified for the intended starting temperature, equipment and heating profile. Check tray shape and seal integrity during the trial.
The category lists approximately −40°C to +220°C for selected grades. Confirm the model’s approved temperature, dwell time and heating method with the filled pack. Keep the tray clear of exposed heating elements, broilers and open flame.
Keep the film attached only when the exact film and tray combination is qualified for that cycle. Follow the approved instructions for removing, venting or retaining the closure.
Check denesting, fill accuracy and flange cleanliness at line speed. Trial the film on the chosen flange and tooling, then verify seal integrity and peel behavior after storage and handling.
Evaluate the tray and film barrier, seal integrity, gas mix and food-specific shelf life as a complete system. Share the recipe and storage requirements before specifying a MAP pack.
HSQY can evaluate a different footprint, depth, compartment layout, color or carton pack for a bulk program. Share a drawing, portion target, line requirements and expected annual demand for review.
Send the model or drawing, portion weight and volume, tray sealer and film, storage and heating conditions, quantity and delivery destination. Confirm MOQ, lead time and the food-contact documents for the selected configuration.
Send your portion, line and pack requirements for samples and bulk pricing.
