Specify the sheet.
Decide who prints it.
Source solid rigid PVC for packaging, point-of-sale displays, cards and industrial labels. Order blank stock for your own press or have HSQY produce sheets with your approved artwork.
A PVC printing sheet is solid polyvinyl chloride stock selected for printing and conversion. Start with the format you want delivered.
Compare opacity and finish first, then confirm gauge and supply format for your press. These are examples from the HSQY catalog.
Use an opaque base when full-color graphics, text or barcodes need contrast. Gloss and matte finishes are listed.
Consider clear stock for windows, overlays and printed packs. Specify the viewing side and whether graphics need a white underprint.
A subdued finish for signs, display graphics and information panels where surface reflections matter.

Solid rigid PVC printing sheet is used for printed cards, signs, point-of-sale graphics, packaging windows, decorative panels and industrial labels. Choose a grade based on the print process and any cutting or forming that follows.
Printable PVC is blank stock that you print yourself. Pre-printed PVC is supplied with an agreed graphic or pattern. For a custom print order, send the artwork, color target, viewing side and finished dimensions.
Suitable grades can be printed with UV flatbed or screen equipment. Compatibility depends on the sheet face, ink and curing settings. Send the press and ink details and run a trial on the selected grade.
Treatment depends on the ink system, sheet surface and required adhesion. Ask which face will be printed and what surface condition is required, then confirm with an adhesion test using your production ink.
Availability varies by product. The clear roll listing highlights 0.10, 0.20 and 0.30 mm. The matte sheet lists 0.10–2 mm and dimensions including 700 × 1000 mm and 1220 × 2440 mm. Confirm the exact gauge, finish and size together.
Solid rigid PVC has a dense structure and is commonly selected for thin printed parts, cards and box windows. PVC foam board has an expanded core and is often selected for lightweight signs. For that construction, see HSQY PVC foam board.
Suitable grades can be creased or formed. Check the printed part on your tooling for ink cracking, graphic distortion and appearance. Include the tooling and forming conditions when asking for a sample.
Specify outdoor exposure when choosing the material and ink. Ask HSQY to evaluate the required weather resistance for the grade, print system, installation and expected service conditions.
HSQY can evaluate custom colors and printed artwork. Provide a physical reference or color code, the desired base color and opacity, finish and quantity. Approve the color on the intended substrate.
Yes. Ask which blank grades are available for testing. For a custom print order, share the artwork and proof requirements. Confirm sample charges, shipping, minimum order and lead time for your specific project.
