1.What is the difference between PVC rigid sheet and PVC foam board?

PVC foam board and PVC rigid board both made by the extrusion process , but they are two completely different materials. The density of PVC rigid board is generally 1.40g/cm3, while the density of PVC foam board is from 0.4 to 0.8 g/cm3.
PVC foam board, its chemical composition is polyvinyl chloride. It is widely used in passenger cars, trains, offices, residential, commercial decoration, display panels, advertising signs, etc., and PVC foam board is an ideal substitute for traditional wood and aluminum materials and composite boards.
