We have 4+ PET sheet production lines and 12+ CPET tray automatic forming machine production lines. The raw materials are processed into sheets through the PET production line, and after the sheets are extruded, they are transferred to automatic forming thermoforming machines. Then, the sheet is heated to make it elastic and flexible enough to complete the forming process. Due to strict quality control, we can ensure that CPET trays are of uniform thickness and shape to meet standard requirements.
