  • Q Yadda ake yanke zanen filastik na ABS?

    Yanke zanen filastik na ABS abu ne mai sauƙi tare da kayan aiki da dabarun da suka dace, ya danganta da kauri da daidaiton da ake buƙata. Ga yadda ake yi:
     
    Don zanen gado mai laushi (har zuwa 1-2 mm):
    Wuka ko kayan aikin aunawa: Yi amfani da maƙallin a kan maƙallin da ƙarfi da maimaitawa har sai ka yanke rabin hanya. Sannan ka lanƙwasa a layin aunawa don ka yi kyau. Sannun gefuna da takarda mai yashi idan ya cancanta.
    Almakashi ko yanke tin: Ga zanen gado masu siriri ko yanke mai lanƙwasa, almakashi ko yanke mai nauyi suna aiki da kyau, kodayake gefuna na iya buƙatar a gama su.
     
    Don matsakaicin zanen gado (2-6mm):
    Jigsaw: Yi amfani da ruwan wuka mai haƙori mai kyau (10-12 TPI) wanda aka ƙera don robobi. Manne takardar a kan wani wuri mai santsi, yi alama a layinka sannan a yanke ta da matsakaicin gudu don guje wa narke ABS ta hanyar gogayya. Sanyaya ruwan wuka da ruwa ko iska idan ya yi zafi sosai.
